Monthly General Membership Meetings
We are continuing to hold our general meetings at 7p.m. on the first Thursday every month, but we are now holding hybrid meetings in person and online simultaneously.

We'd like to encourage you all to come In-Person if possible: (we ask that you should be responsibly vaccinated and not currently experiencing any COVID symptoms for over a week, and practice masking and social distancing per current recommendations), then as long as you feel safe to attend, please come to join us at Round Table Pizza, Redwood Road, Castro Valley (opposite BART) from 6:30 pm on, buy some pizza and beer / soda and have fun participating in the meeting.

Alternatively, if you cannot join us in person, please attend On-Line: relax in the comfort of your home, get take away pizza and beer / soda, and have fun joining us on Zoom from 7p.m. Here is the link for each month.
Meeting ID: 985 7747 6174 - Passcode: otter

Entertainment
The entertainment for March is by Amanda Kahn presenting "How to identify central California invertebrates: what we teach to marine science master's students". details here

March Club Dive
Our club dive is March 12. See the news article for particulars.

Reminders
Please attend the monthly meetings however and whenever you can, and remember everyone is welcome, family, friends and all, divers or not.
Come join us for club and other ad hoc dives too, presuming you are a certified diver and a member of the club.

Finally please don't forget to renew your membership for 2022. All our 2021 members received  a "welcome" email from Club Express with instructions. (see footnote below regarding renewal emails). If you have misplaced your welcome email, contact "membership@aquatutus.org". The grace period for 2021 members expired on March 1. You will need to login (using the information in the email) and pay your dues to continue receiving club benefits.

Regards
Neil Benjamin

Footnote from the webmaster
Through a programming mistake, I caused three renewal reminder emails to be sent out in close succession. My apologies for the email onslaught.
